The NDC1(Z)-09 - 95 series Ac contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors) are mainly used in circuitswith an Ac freguency of 50Hz (or 60Hz), a rated insulation voltage of 1000v, and a rated operating currentof 9A - 95A at a rated operating voltage of 415V under the Ac - 3 usage category. They are used for remoteconnection and disconnection of circuits, frequent starting, and control of AC motors. They can also becombined with appropriate thermal - overload relays to form electromagnetic starters to protect circuitsthat may be overloaded.
